Provides names to the Chamber Board of Directors of interested Chamber members willing to serve on the board of directors or as Chamber officers in annual elections or vacancies.

PUBLICITY, MARKETING & ADVERTISING*

Promote the Chamber and its activities to the community. Determine a marketing strategy to educate the community as to the work of the Chamber. Review marketing materials for branding consistency.

CHAMBER PROGRAMS & NETWORKING*

Reviews potential training, educational and events/programs offered to and through the membership. Helps plan locations, speakers and other event details.

MEMBERSHIP & AMBASSADOR*

Visits other members regularly and obtains feedback on Chamber programs. Reviews and recommends member benefits. Plan member recruitment & retention strategies.

LOCAL LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS

Address issues pertinent to the business community. To research information and make recommendations to the full board of directors as necessary. This committee is responsible for keeping the business community informed about issues that will impact business locally including City issues and collaborations, and economic development.

BUDGET & FINANCE

Shall periodically review finances and recommend events and programs that can be funded based on membership fees, event fees and government support.
