Madeira Farmers Market / Girls Night Out!

June 13, 2013 @ 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm

In conjunction with Girls Night Out, the Farmers Market will be open until 8pm this night!

About The Madeira Farmers Market

We are a grassroots group of local growers and volunteers inviting you to join us each Thursday from 3:30-7:00 pm May through October to make our vision a success.

During the Winter Months please find us at the Madeira Silverwood Presbyterian Church at 8000 Miami Avenue, with vendors located in the parking lot as well as in the lower level of the church.

Mission

Our purpose in hosting the Madeira Farmers’ Market each week is very simple:
• To offer fresh, high-quality locally grown foods/products to our patrons by supporting area farmers who embrace our vision of sustainable living.
• To educate the community on the value of buying from small businesses who choose sustainable farming as a way of living. Through demonstrations and learning events, we want to showcase the many reasons for choosing local, fresh foods and products.
• To promote our thriving downtown area and local businesses by hosting this weekly event in the heart of Madeira, we seek to further enhance our sense of community.
