Please Note: Membership is a once-per-calendar-year. Members utilizing SOCA benefits will be required to renew each calendar year they are receiving benefits, regardless of the amount of time receiving them.

Annual membership rates are based upon your number of employees:

$50 for 1 employee
$100 for 2 – 50 employees*
$200 for 51 – 100 employees*
$300 for 101+ employees*

*Full time or equivalent time by part time employees
